Cannavaro reflects on Uzbekistan's winless World Cup debut
Speaking to Gazeta.uz, Cannavaro said Uzbekistan gained valuable experience despite three group-stage losses in its first-ever World Cup, losing to Colombia, DR Congo and Portugal. He took responsibility for the results, saying that when something happens for the first time "you feel the pressure and suffer from it," and that the squad, staff and federation all learned how hard it is to play at that level.
