Ali Zafar is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, actor and painter who broke through with his 2003 debut album Huqa Pani and became a household name across South Asia. Trained as a painter at Lahore's National College of Arts, he crossed into Bollywood with Tere Bin Laden (2010) and remains one of Pakistan's best-selling music artists, touring internationally.
