Awie rocks Wings Sunday Night Live despite lung infection and bronchitis

The Star reports that the 58-year-old Awie performed a nearly two-hour set at Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur just after a three-day hospital stay for a lung infection and bronchitis that had lingered for nearly two months. He discharged himself early against medical advice, using cough medicine and throat lozenges on stage, and told the outlet he felt okay performing even with a hoarse voice.
