Romain Gavras is a French film director and screenwriter and the son of Greek-French director Costa-Gavras. He is known for directing music videos for M.I.A., Kanye West and Jay-Z, and Jamie xx, as well as feature films including Athena (2022) and The World Is Yours (2018). Born in Paris, he co-founded the Kourtrajmé film collective and dated pop star Dua Lipa in 2023.
