Isabelle Simon is a French photographer who became known to the public as the former partner of Algerian raï singer Cheb Mami. She accused him in 2005 of trying to force her to abort their child, a case that ended with his 2009 conviction in France. She is the mother of his daughter, who was born after the alleged abduction in Algeria.
