President Murmu marks four years in office with new Rashtrapati Bhavan initiatives

IANS reported that President Droupadi Murmu completed four years in office on 25 July 2026 and, on 28 July, inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several initiatives at Rashtrapati Bhavan. These included a multilingual e-Audio Guide for visitors, the RAAHI fare-free electric bus service run by women drivers, and children's facilities at the President's Estate.

President Murmu makes historic first-ever visits to Moldova and North Macedonia on Europe tour

According to The Hans India and Romania Insider, President Droupadi Murmu undertook a state visit to Moldova, North Macedonia and Romania from 19-25 July 2026. The trips to Moldova and North Macedonia were the first-ever by an Indian President, while the Romania leg was the first by an Indian head of state to Bucharest in more than three decades.
