Baya Rahouli is a retired Algerian track and field athlete who specialized in the triple jump and holds Algeria's national record of 14.98 metres. A two-time African champion and the 1998 world junior champion, she swept eight golds across two editions of the Pan Arab Games and represented Algeria at three Olympic Games.
