Miley Cyrus signs with Atlantic Records and teases a 10-track album she calls a love story

Variety reports that Cyrus has signed with Atlantic Records after two albums on Columbia and is guest-editing a Wonderland issue featuring Dolly Parton, her mother Tish, and sister Noah. In the interview she teases her tenth album as a love story and says she genuinely wants to act again, dreaming of "a punk-rock Juliet" role that is "fierce and heartbreakingly romantic."
