Medvedev calls Iran's Strait of Hormuz control a 'nuclear weapon' after Khamenei funeral

In a video posted to social media while returning from the funeral of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Medvedev said Iran's ability to disrupt shipping through the Strait of Hormuz was 'a weapon no less powerful than nuclear weapons,' Al Jazeera reported. He had traveled to Tehran as an envoy of President Vladimir Putin.
