Fadnavis rejects speculation about a move to the Union Cabinet

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis dismissed reports that he could be inducted into the Union Cabinet, telling reporters, according to India TV News, 'I am in Maharashtra, and I will stay in Maharashtra.' The comments followed a Delhi visit that had fuelled rumours he might take charge of the Education Ministry, which he characterised as unfounded.
